This is the ultimate question…. Would you rather have a Ferrari F40 or the Ferrari F50?
Both super cars are iconic, and both have redeeming features and both are truly stunning cars but which one do you prefer? These cars are described as two of the most exciting super cars ever built, and the F50 has constantly struggled along side the ultimate super car of the F40 and journalists were never allowed to performance test the Ferrari F50 because it was always overshadowed by the F40.
The finish of the F40 has always been a little crap, but this doesn’t matter as the interior is sparse and the only reason why Ferrari got away with this is because the car was just great fun to drive. However, next to the Ferrari F50, the F40 has always looked like a kit car.
I have seen both cars in the flesh and seeing as I live so close to Goodwood, I also get the pleasure of seeing them go up the hill every year, and the sound is breathtaking they always have huge crowds of people around them.
